Steam locomotive 35028 Clan Line will haul the Christmas Pullman train from London this Thursday

Steam locomotive 35028 Clan Line will be back in steam on the mainline and will be in London and Woking on Thursday 2nd December 2021.

The Merchant Navy locomotive is on a special railtour with 35028 hauling ‘The Belmond British Pullman’

The steam locomotive will leave London Victoria at around 11.45am.

The train tour will then head to Chertsey, where it will pass through West Brompton (12.07pm), Kensington Olympia (12.11pm), Shepherds Bush (12.13pm), South Acton (12.44pm), Brentford (1.00pm), Hounslow (1.05pm), Feltham (1.11pm ), Staines (1:18 p.m.) and Chertsey at 1:33 p.m.

After a break in Chertsey, 35028 Clan Line will depart at 1.49pm; it will then pass through Byfleet and New Haw (1:56 p.m.), Woking (2:04 p.m.), Guildford (2:18 p.m.), Shalford (2:26 p.m.), Gomshall (2:35 p.m.) before passing through Redhill (2:55 p.m.).

The locomotive will return to London Victoria non-stop, passing through East Croydon (3.12pm), Selhurst (3.15pm) and Clapham Junction (3.32pm).

35028 Clan Line will make its final destination of London Victoria at 4.11pm.
