Steam locomotive 70000 Britannia will haul Royal Charter to Windsor this Friday

70000 Britannia will once again be on the mainline as it carries a train tour from Crewe to Windsor and Eton Riverside.

The locomotive hauls ‘The Royal Charter’ via Stafford and the West Coast Mainline.

Departs Crewe at 07:18 and will pass through Stafford (07:51), Atherstone (08:36), Nuneaton (09:03), Rugby (09:27), Northampton (10:14), Milton Keynes Central (10:32), Tring (10:54), Watford Junction ( 11:29 a.m.), South Acton (12:14 p.m.), Brentford (12:28 p.m.), Feltham (12:42 p.m.) and Windsor and Eton Riverside at 1:05 p.m.

After the Windsor time, the return journey will depart at 6.13pm and will pass through Staines (6.24pm), South Acton (6.46pm), Harrow and Wealdstone (7.43pm), Milton Keynes Central (8.28pm), Northampton (8.44pm), Rugby (9.06pm) , Nuneaton (9:47 p.m.), Stafford (10:29 p.m.) and Crewe at 11:12 p.m.
