Steam locomotive 7029 Clun Castle will visit Birmingham this Sunday

Steam locomotive 7029 Clun Castle will return to the main line this Sunday to haul the Shakespeare Express to Stratford-upon-Avon.

The locomotive will haul a rake of vintage cars from Birmingham Snow Hill to Stratford-upon-Avon twice on Sunday July 17, 2022.

The first departure will leave from Birmingham Snow Hill at 10.00am and will pass through Birmingham Moor Street (10.03am), Tyseley (10.13am), Dorridge (10.26am) and Stratford-upon-Avon at 11.01am.

The return journey will leave Stratford-upon-Avon at 12.52pm and will pass through Dorridge (1.19pm), Tyseley (1.31pm), Birmingham Moor Street (1.40pm) and Birmingham Snow Hill (1.46pm).

The second departure will depart from Birmingham Snow Hill at 2:07 p.m. It will pass through Birmingham Moor Street (2.10pm), Tyseley (2.18pm) and Stratford-upon-Avon at 3.25pm.

The last departure from Stratford-upon-Avon at 4.13pm will be via Dorridge (4.45pm), Tyseley (4.55pm), Birmingham Moor Street (5.06pm) and Birmingham Moor Street (5.12pm).
